LWAC is online!
August 5, 2005 - Washington DC  The
Living Wage Action Center is online! We'll constantly
be updating the site, so check back for more info on
living wages, more resources on campaign strategy, and
other helpful tools for campus living wage campaigns!
The Living Wage Action Coalition (LWAC) was formed
by members of the Georgetown
University Living Wage Coalition after their successful
nine-day hunger strike. We joined with folks in the
Student
Worker Alliance at Washington University and others
involved in campus living wage struggles. For the next
school year, we'll be travelling around the country
talking about living wages, engaging campus groups in
strategy discussions, and running workshops for a whole
bunch of campaign skills. Read more about
